- These are the legal rights that our Company retain along with reserving all our other copyrights thereof that are under this 'Notice of Copyrights' or within our online public posting internet website platform webpages that's under the domain name Luvittag.com (“hereafter is referred to as”) (“Website”) online content that involves you as an individual, entity, business, person, user or member (hereafter is referred to as) - ("You") being online with your internet connected wireless or land device to view our (“Website”), or you are using our online (“Website”) services or our 'Mobile App' amazing animal features or online animal services after you agreed to (“Signed up”) and then by you personally (“clicking/tapping”) the (“I Agree”) tab or button about all our privacy policies, terms of use and conditions within/on our (“Website”) then deciding to open a personal private posting account webpage, and entering your personal private contact information/data and/or legal name, after you completed the download our free (“Mobile App”) and viewed our online public posting website platform content for either you as an individual, business, person, user or member or in any case therein this includes however not limited to, you and/or all or any of our copyrights that are defined below on or within this 'Notice of Copyright' Policy.
- This means all or any of your actions what you have visually see or heard from your device, or what you have viewed right now that's within or on any of our online public posting website or webpages platform that's from your internet connected online device are governed by the Copyrights laws of California and all other laws that are stated within this 'Notice of Copyrights' policy or all our other online public displayed policies within our 'Website' or that are below in the footing or the header of each webpage, and within this webpage.

- This publication contains the text of (“Title 17 of the United States Code”) of the United States Code, including all amendments enacted by Congress through December 23, 2022. It includes the Copyright Act of 1976 and all subsequent amendments to copyright law; the Semiconductor Chip Protection Act of 1984, as amended; and the Vessel Hull Design Protection Act, as amended.
- The Copyright Office is responsible for registering intellectual property claims under all three. The United States copyright law is contained in chapters 1 through 8 and 10 through 12 of (“Title 17 of the United States Code”) of the United States Code.
- The Copyright Act of 1976 or more defined as Copyright Law of the United States | U.S. Copyright Office which provides the basic framework for the current copyright law, was enacted on October 19, 1976, as Pub. L. No. 94-553, 90 Stat. 2541. The 1976 Act was a comprehensive revision of the copyright law in Title 17. Listed below in chronological order of their enactment are the Copyright Act of 1976 and subsequent amendments to Title 17.
- This edition adds two pieces of copyright legislation enacted since the last printed edition of the circular in May 2021: the Artistic Recognition for Talented Students Act, signed into law in October 2022, and the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023, signed into law in December 2022.
